1. Qualifying Incidents

- Bruised, overripe, or physically damaged fruits or vegetables incurred during transport.
- Bakery goods with broken seals or premature staleness within stated expiration date.
- Missing or accidentally swapped items from your delivery order.
- Items that thawed or lost temperature due to courier transit delays exceeding our standard window.
2. How to Claim Your Credit
You do not need to ship spoiled or unsatisfactory produce back to our depot. Simply navigate to our Contact Page or email hello@verdantharvestgrocery.com with your Order # and the affected item. Credits are processed automatically within 2 business hours.
